For a brewed root tea, a common starting range is 5–8g per day (often 2–3 slices, depending on slice size). This is a preparation estimate, not a medical dose or a promise of results.

Calculations use the all-in US price divided by the number of days in each preparation range. Individual use varies with root-slice weight, preparation method, and how often you brew tea.
Important comparison notes
- Root slices and standardized extract capsules are not the same product. Comparing price alone is misleading unless you also compare the format, labeled extract ratio, measured constituents, and serving size.
- We do not claim a tested eurycomanone percentage for our dried root slices.
