We ship from Pahang, Malaysia. Online checkout currently serves the USA (primary), plus Malaysia and Singapore as local markets.
📦 How Shipping Weight Is Calculated
Because of vacuum-seal bags, protective inner wrapping, and outer packaging, the actual shipped weight is always higher than the product weight. We are fully transparent about this:
💡 Tip: Ordering a larger quantity is more economical — the packaging overhead is proportionally smaller, so your cost per gram (product + shipping combined) decreases with larger orders.
Delivery-time reference
Online Stripe checkout for the United States, Malaysia, and Singapore shows an all-in price. Do not add a separate carrier amount to the shop price shown at checkout.

We reply personally with the exact shipping cost to your country, and your total. No payment yet.
Pay securely via PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer. We do not process your order until payment is confirmed.
Your root slices are vacuum-sealed, carefully packed, and dispatched from Pahang, Malaysia. We send you the tracking number.
Your Red Tongkat Ali arrives. We follow up to ensure you're happy with the order.
🌍 Customs & Import Duties
Red Tongkat Ali is a natural dried herbal root. Import rules vary by country. Buyers are responsible for local customs, duties, and product regulations. We currently accept checkout shipping to selected markets (see Stripe checkout country list); Canada, Australia, Germany, Norway, Switzerland, and the EU are not offered for commercial DTC at this time.
However, customs duties and import taxes are the buyer's responsibility and depend entirely on the destination country's regulations. We declare packages accurately and honestly.
